Experience:
“For many years my muscles were very sore and
painful, so my massage therapist had to touch lightly! I was
unable to work for about 8 years. My immune system was extremely
compromised and I suffered from Fibromyalgia symptoms,
chronic fatigue, severe allergies, inability to focus and
not enough sleep nor energy to make it through
the day!
The day before receiving my Sunlight Saunas far infrared
sauna, February of 2003, I was in a car accident that caused
painful whiplash and backaches.
What I noticed immediately
was that the nerve pain and muscular pain was eased
when I was in the sauna. Now I sometimes work a series of
18 hour days barely tiring out!
I had a pre-cancerous face lesion removed and the scab
disappeared in four days leaving
no scar. A huge purple bruise from a fall
faded away in a week. After about a year, an ugly twenty-five
year old bikini scar almost disappeared and feeling has come
back to the area. My overall
skin texture has firmed and tightened. People
say that I look at least 10-15 years younger. I used to break
out with skin rashes and that hasn't happened since the sauna.
If I get the feeling of tenderness or tiredness, I just get
into the sauna. Since the far infrared helps with Seasonal
Affective Disorder my mood has become more positive and happy!”
During the process of recovering
from Fibromyalgia symptoms, chronic fatigue, nerve related problems
and severe allergies and much more, Kathryn became a distributor
for Sunlight Saunas because people saw the difference in her
and could feel the positive affects of a sauna session themselves.
Kathryn has worked in Holistic Health Management and the
field of Energetic medicine since 1987, assisting people with
detoxifying, cleansing and rebuilding health. She taught health
and wellness classes at massage schools and in the community,
giving information that assisted people to achieve a high
level of energy, health and wellness.
In addition to being a Far Infrared Specialist, Kathryn
has worked as a licensed Massage therapist, an Iridologist,
a Yoga teacher and an Herbal Skin Care Specialist—all
of which contribute to creating health and balance in the
